The Asturias Logistics and Industrial Activities Zone (Zalia) has put out to tender the contract for comprehensive maintenance services for the first phase of the logistics park. This service will ensure the operational readiness of the industrial estate for the delivery of the first plots sold.
The contract, which will last for twelve months, with the possibility of extensions for a maximum period of three years, represents a total investment for the four years of €251,641. The main objective is to optimise the resources allocated to maintenance, reduce administrative procedures and ensure compliance with urban planning and environmental regulations, consolidating the San Andrés de los Tacones area as a strategic hub for industrial and logistics development in Asturias.
The document covers basic, preventive and corrective maintenance services for plots, structural roads, pedestrian walkways, carriageways, medians, roundabouts and urbanisation facilities. In addition, and in line with Zalia's commitment to sustainability, it is established that waste generated will be managed in accordance with the standards of the European Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS) and ISO 14001, prioritising practices such as recycling and composting.

Zona de Actividades Logísticas e Industriales de Asturias, S.A. (ZALIA) hereby announces that, in compliance with the provisions of Article 319 of the Spanish Companies Act, the Extraordinary General Shareholders' Meeting held on 13 December 2024 approved a reduction in its share capital.
The purpose of this measure is to restore the balance between the share capital and the net equity of the company, which has been affected by losses. The reduction was made for a total amount of €60,953,284.80, decreasing the nominal value of the shares by €159.40, which sets the new nominal value of each of the 382,392 shares at €179.70. The company's share capital is therefore set at €68,715,842.40.
In accordance with Article 335.a of the Spanish Companies Act, it is hereby reported that ZALIA's creditors have no right to oppose this capital reduction, which means that the resolution adopted is effective immediately.
With this decision, ZALIA reinforces its commitment to the financial stability of the company, ensuring its ability to continue playing its strategic role in the logistical and industrial development of Asturias.
